Urodela Designs is committed to providing original, hand-made art pieces for you and your home. We guarantee our products are of good workmanship and quality. However, we are one person, so our processes are slower and more personal than other big corporations. We appreciate any and all patience and understanding you have working with us. 
 

Our prices reflect our own level of skill, time, effort, and necessary tools and items needed in order to provide you with the best possible products and experiences. As previously stated, we are one person trying to make beautiful and enjoyable pieces of art for you and your home. We also have necessary bills and taxes we need to pay in order to keep this business available to lovely customers like yourself. We sincerely appreciate your understanding. 

 

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only. We in no way have any reason or need to sell or keep your information besides fulfillment of your transactions. Payment is due upon placement of order. We graciously accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We aim to accept other forms of payment as we increase our availability to other countries besides the US. Late or bounced payments will result in the delay of your item(s). Issues must be resolved within 21 days or the order will be rejected. Local taxes, as well as any necessary shipping costs, will be collected at checkout.

We offer a 60 day warranty on all products, as long as they are used within their specified limitations and aren’t misused, missing, or otherwise damaged in a way we cannot cover. Returns and Refunds eligible within 30 days of receival of item(s). Item(s) must return in the same condition it was sold in. Any customised or adjusted items cannot be refunded. Any taxes collected on items cannot be refunded. Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days upon approval. Shipping costs are currently charged as a flat rate. We guarantee our efforts to get your item packaged and sent out as soon as we can, however, we would like to reiterate we are one person with a job and responsibilities outside of this business. We sincerely appreciate your understanding with any unforeseeable delays or issues with shipping speeds. We cannot predict or be held responsible for issues within the postal service, or with any shipping/handling beyond our reaches.

Prices and fees are subject to change depending on fluctuating costs of our goods and services. Please review our Terms & Conditions frequently. Any changes will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what has changed.
