RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and Refunds eligible within 30 days of receival of item(s).

 

Item(s) must return in the same condition it was sold in. Any customised or adjusted items cannot be refunded. Any taxes collected on items cannot be refunded. Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days upon approval.

 

CUSTOMER AGREEMENT 

Customer is able to return their item(s) if: 

-The product is defective or damaged

-The customer purchased the wrong item

-The customer no longer wants the product

-The product did not meet the customer’s expectations

-The customer received the product as a gift and doesn’t want it

If any part of the product was customised, adjusted, or altered in any way by the seller or customer, the return is denied and the Customer will not receive a refund. Item(s) must be returned in the way it was sold in and with its original packaging.

Any and all taxes and fees collected from the Customer at check-out are non-refundable. Thusly, shipping costs cannot be refunded. If the Customer decides they want to go forward with returning their item(s) due to a previously stated reason, then they are responsible for their own shipping costs to return their item(s). For orders over $50, it is recommended to get tracking information on the returned item(s); We cannot guarantee the delivery of your returned item(s). 

 

OUR AGREEMENT

We will gladly accept any requests for returns and/or refunds within 30 days of receival of your item(s).

 

We do not accept replacement or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged, the Customer mistakenly ordered the item(s), or the item(s) were not what they expected. We offer a 60 day warranty on all products, as long as they are used within their specified limitations and aren’t misused, missing, or otherwise damaged in a way we cannot cover. Any issues with a product must be returned within the 60 day warranty period with its original packaging and must await approval of refund or replacements.

Once a return has been received, we will notify you via email and begin inspection. Depending on the state of your order, partial refunds or store credit can only be offered. If the item(s) are damaged, defective, or missing parts due to reasons outside of us. We will then notify you upon approval or rejection of refunds. 

 

Approval of Refunds will be determined on: 

-Item(s) arriving in their original packaging, undamaged and how they were sold

-Defective or damaged items being justifiably in need of an exchange or refund

-Item(s) were not customised, made-to-order, commissions, or otherwise adjusted or altered specifically for the Customer

Due to our own necessary costs, any taxes or shipping fees cannot be refunded. Upon approval, the amount for each fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days of receival. Please allow a few days after approval for the issued refund to be processed and confirmed. The credit should then be directly applied to your original method of payment. 

Haven’t seen it yet? Check directly with your bank to understand their processing time. It can take a bit for them to post the refunds to your account.

We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what has changed.
