To give some context, Urodela is the order of all 10 known living families of salamanders. Across many different cultures' folklore, salamanders are believed to be born from fire, which in reality, they just lived in the decaying fallen logs that people would use for their fires, causing them to rush out from the heat when burned. 

The term "pyrography" (which is the art of woodburning) translates to "writing with fire." With my love and admiration of many reptilian and amphibious creatures, it felt only right to make this connection for my art going forward.
